Lymphatic Massage with Gua Sha

Ensure you apply oil to your face and décolletage before starting with lymphatic drainage.

Jowl Glide

Perform this stroke 8 times on the right side, then switch to the left side of your face and repeat.

Cheekbone Sculpt

Perform this stroke 6 times on the right side, then switch to the left side of your face and repeat.

Jawline Sweep

Begin Gua Sha with the Jawline Sweep (Right Side First). When practicing Gua Sha and cupping, always start on the right side of your face.  Repeat 8 times on both sides.

Cheek Glide

Perform this stroke 6 to 8 times on the right side, then switch to the left side of your face and repeat.

Cheek Slide Guide

Perform this 6 to 8 times on the right side, then repeat on the left.

Cheek Lift

Perform this stroke 6 to 8 times on the right side, then switch to the left side of your face and repeat.

Forehead Glide

Perform this stroke 6 to 8 times on the right side, then switch to the left side of your face and repeat.

Forehead Lift

Glide upwards and continue this upward motion across the entire forehead, working from above the brows for 30 seconds.

Frown Line Smooth

Continue this diagonal motion for 30 seconds, alternating directions (right and left) to cover both sides evenly.
