My Background
Amy is a certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Practitioner, and trained Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. She has had the privilege of working with elite athletes and sports teams, specialising in optimising performance, alleviating pain, and promoting recovery.
Amy’s expertise in hands-on healing has deepened her understanding of the body's intricate workings and the power of touch in facilitating holistic well-being.
With over a decade of experience in Reiki healing, Amy has helped countless clients find relief from chronic pain, heal emotional traumas, and manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Her passion for mindfulness and natural healing methods stems from witnessing the transformative effects they have on both physical and emotional balance.
Amy has also trained as a meditation and mindfulness teacher under Dr. Itai Ivtzan at the School of Positive Transformation. Dr. Ivtzan, a renowned Positive Psychologist and Professor at Naropa University, brings a wealth of expertise to the field, and Amy is proud to incorporate these teachings into her practice.
